- Delivers, in partnership with other members of the NGen team, a high performing organization in line with our strategic objectives around business excellence.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of NGen's business.
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Provide timely information and/or education for all levels on HR-related issues.
- Educate, coach, and partner with people leaders on performance management and employee development goals.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as employee engagement, recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and career development.
- Design and develop talent strategies for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Facilitate core cyclical HR processes, e.g., performance calibration, compensation review, promotions, etc.
- Design, develop and analyze various types of employee reports, e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition, etc., to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to NGen.

- A minimum of 10 years in a similar HR leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from a recognized university
- Advanced degree, e.g., Master's degree in Adult Education or Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- CHRP designation
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in French is an asset

Overview of role
This role will partner with NGen's business leaders to develop and execute a Talent Strategy focused on talent acquisition, talent assessment, talent engagement and talent development. With this focus, NGen will be equipped to have a future-ready, aligned and integrated high-performance team.
