Job Opening: CPAP Clinician

Location: Hamilton, Ontario

Are you ready to help people breathe easier and sleep better—all while working in a small, fun, and supportive office that feels like family? If you have experience as a CPAP clinician and love making a difference in people's lives, we've got the perfect role for you

The Role:

As one of our CPAP clinicians, you'll be responsible for providing patients with the medical equipment and supplies they need to sleep soundly and live healthier lives. From setting up machines to troubleshooting issues, you'll be the go-to expert for all things CPAP. Think of yourself as part problem-solver, part sleep hero

What You'll Do:

• Help patients get set up with their CPAP equipment, ensuring they're comfortable and confident.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues (because nobody likes sleepless nights).
• Provide top-notch patient education about proper usage and care.
• Complete the associated administrative paperwork for ADP, Private health Insurance carriers, and the office's record-keeping systems (There is always paperwork ugh)
• Maintain detailed records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with our small but mighty team in a fun, supportive environment.

What We're Looking For (Please make our Dreams Come True):

• Prior experience as a CPAP clinician is a must (sorry, we need someone who's already got their CPAP superpowers).
• A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to stay organized and keep calm, even during the occasional "emergency mask replacement" crisis.
• A team player who's ready to jump in wherever needed.
