We're launching a brand new CPAP store in Hamilton, Ontario, and we're looking for a motivated, independent, slightly nerdy (in a good way), and incredibly compassionate human to help us kick things off — and maybe even run the place down the road. Yep, that's right: if you've been waiting for a role that isn't just "another clinical job," but one where your ideas, independence, and initiative actually matter — this is it.

We're a fun, caring, patient-before-profit kind of team that does CPAP a little differently. We want to know our patients' stories, not just their pressure settings. We're passionate about helping people sleep better, feel better, and live better — and we do it with empathy, honesty, and a healthy dose of humor.

*** The Job:

• Full-time Clinician working out of Hamilton, Ontario.
• You'll start with 2-3 weeks of training at our flagship clinic in Niagara Falls. (So you can meet us and get to know "The Family" you will become part of)
• Occasionally, you may be required to report to our Niagara Falls location for meetings, training, work a shift or two or just to say hi and remind us you're still cooler than us.
• You'll work mostly independently, but you're never alone — our team is always just a call or meme away.
• We also sell fun things like compression garments, orthopedic bracing, and lymphedema products, so your inner nerd will get to learn cool new stuff (Don't worry, we will provide all the necessary training you need).
• You'll help keep the office running smoothly — from helping patients to making sure we don't run out of sticky notes. (Seriously, where do they all go?)
• You'll also visit housebound patients from time to time (As we offer Free Home Visits and Delivery of supplies for those who may not drive or have other transportation challenges), so a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must.

*** You Should Apply If You:

• Are a Respiratory Therapist, Nurse, Paramedic, or have proven CPAP experience with one of our competitors. (You know who you are.)
• Are fluent in English, and bonus points if you also speak French or another language — we love a multilingual moment.
• Have no criminal record (sorry, but this is Manditory, no rule-breakers).
• Have a strong attention to detail — like, you noticed this line because you're actually reading this, unlike 98% of people on job boards.
• Want a long-term job where you can actually grow and matter.
• Are a team player who can also work alone without needing to be babysat.
• Can lift a CPAP machine and your own spirits on a bad day.
• Value work-life balance and know the difference between burning out and showing up.

We are looking for a Full-Time Clinican able to start somewhere around July 21st, 2025.

• I understand and agree to driving to Niagara Falls Ontario for 2-3 weeks of training if hired for this position. I also agree that I may occassionally need to report to the Niagara Falls location for training, to cover an occassional shift or for other operational demands if needed.
