    Sophos is headquartered in Oxford, U.Sophos is looking for a creative, passionate, and skilled Video Producer & Editor to join the Sophos Support video team (Techvids).

    This is a hands-on role that requires a creative, strategic thinker who can jump in and make an immediate impact.

    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly organized and has an eye for producing captivating video content within a fast-paced environment.

    The Sophos Support video team works to deflect technical support calls and cases by producing informative troubleshooting, setup, and fundamental knowledge video content that provides our customers and partners with engaging guides that complement product documentation, community forums, and interactive UI guides.

    Collaborate with various remote resources to develop and produce engaging video content consistent with brand and style guidelines
    Create visual assets to use within videos
    Upload, organize and maintain video assets in various platforms
    Manage and track video productions using project management software
    Direct and coach on-screen talent to facilitate video and audio recording
    Transport, set up, and operate video production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for video productions
    2+ years of experience in video editing/production
    ~ High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (and familiarity with rest of Adobe Creative Suite)
    ~ Understanding of "story" in video production
    ~ An understanding of and eye for quality and consistency
    ~ Experience working on branded content
    ~ 2-4 years at a Marketing Agency or Video Production Company
    ~ Experience creating technical video content
    ~ Experience in creating video for a variety of platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn,learning management systems, etc.)
    ~ Experience with captioning and transcription for video
    ~ Experience in the Cybersecurity field (Network or Endpoint security)

    A candidate's specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
