Investor Services Associate, Alternative Funds

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

Processing financial and nonfinancial transactions
Scanning documents
Faxing trade rejects and other requests
Producing adoc reports for Fund Managers
Other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance field preferred
Knowledge of Fund Administration (Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Alternative Products, and back office) is an asset
Two years' experience in the Financial Services industry strongly preferred
Ability to work towards and meet agreed deadlines
Ability to work independently
Highly organized and motivated individual with an acute attention to detail
Selfstarter who volunteers for new opportunities and projects
Ability to manage time effectively
Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
