About the Role:

Responsibilities include:

Report to Team lead and Production manager.
Adhere to product specifications in quality plans for Medical Devices.
Flexibility to assist other departments as required or directed by Team Lead.
Follow company procedures and regulations.
Follow work instructions and workflows relevant to the production department.
Assist with packaging, warehouse and maintenance as required.
Complete records related to production and raw materials.
Conduct cleaning and sanitization as required.
Troubleshooting the machines according to the procedures.
Responsible for moving raw materials and finished products.
Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve process.
Follow QA and QC processes and procedures in the value stream.
Comply with requirements of the quality management system.
Comply with the ISO 13485 and NIOSH accreditation, GMP and Health and Safety Regulations of the company and satisfy applicable statutory, regulatory and company requirements.
Timely identification and classification of defects per daily respirator and mask quality check Work Instructions.
Prompt communication of defects to Quality, machine technicians and team leads when identified.

Forklift experience is a highly desirable asset
Completion of high school diploma
