About the Role:


Responsibilities include:


  • Report to Team lead and Production manager.
  • Adhere to product specifications in quality plans for Medical Devices.
  • Flexibility to assist other departments as required or directed by Team Lead.
  • Follow company procedures and regulations.
  • Follow work instructions and workflows relevant to the production department.
  • Assist with packaging, warehouse and maintenance as required.
  • Complete records related to production and raw materials.
  • Conduct cleaning and sanitization as required.
  • Troubleshooting the machines according to the procedures.
  • Responsible for moving raw materials and finished products.
  • Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve process.
  • Follow QA and QC processes and procedures in the value stream.
  • Comply with requirements of the quality management system.
  • Comply with the ISO 13485 and NIOSH accreditation, GMP and Health and Safety Regulations of the company and satisfy applicable statutory, regulatory and company requirements.
  • Timely identification and classification of defects per daily respirator and mask quality check Work Instructions.
  • Prompt communication of defects to Quality, machine technicians and team leads when identified.
