    Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team We currently have a full-time opportunity for an Director Enterprise Architect.

    Oversee central team of 5-10 (plus dotted line reporting of other Enterprise Architects in "Community of Practice") to:

    Own architectural standards, frameworks, and policies for acquisition / implementation of IT technologies (hardware and software); Influence product / vendor direction and integrate technology from an architectural perspective within the business environment.

    Oversee team that Maps current and target state business processes to determine change impacts for major technology transformation projects.

    Build technology modernization, rationalization and decommissioning strategies, and associated impacts optimize portfolio composition through reuse, adoption of emerging technologies and reduction of architectural complexity (with Solutions teams).

    #An undergraduate or master's degree in computer science or business.
    ~Extensive knowledge of IT Business Processes.
    ~ Experience leading large scale, long-term enterprise project implementation, leading a large team with multi disciplines or matrix, and developing a strategic plan.
