- Provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Sales and the Canadian Sales team, including control of revenue spending, managing invoices, preparing documents and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and management of the budget, including tracking expenses, analyzing variances, and preparing reports for management review.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of sales initiatives, such as events, trade shows and promotions as well as managing logistic.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, sales, marketing, distribution, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of commercial activities as well to ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices.
- Supervise and oversee the processing of team expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends and evaluate competitor analysis.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing sales performance, market trends, and business development activities for management review.
- Serve as a liaison with the different regions/properties within the company to coordinate the promotion of partners and collaborative market initiatives.
- Perform other administrative and commercial task as assigned by the management team.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality or related field.
- Previous experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or commercial operations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (World, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software as well as knowledge and skills on Salesforce.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of team in a fast-paced environments.
