    Grow your career as a successful Administrative Commercial Coordinator within Hyatt-Inclusive Collection. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Canadian Sales team. You will also assist the planning and logistic events in Canada, budget management, invoices, expense processing, and coordinating promos with partners across different regions and properties​.

    A successful Administrative Commercial Coordinator will:

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Sales and the Canadian Sales team, including control of revenue spending, managing invoices, preparing documents and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and management of the budget, including tracking expenses, analyzing variances, and preparing reports for management review.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of sales initiatives, such as events, trade shows and promotions as well as managing logistic.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, sales, marketing, distribution, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of commercial activities as well to ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices.
  • Supervise and oversee the processing of team expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends and evaluate competitor analysis.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing sales performance, market trends, and business development activities for management review.
  • Serve as a liaison with the different regions/properties within the company to coordinate the promotion of partners and collaborative market initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative and commercial task as assigned by the management team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ALG core values.

    A successful Administrative Commercial Coordinator will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality or related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or commercial operations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (World, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software as well as knowledge and skills on Salesforce.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of team in a fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry, market dynamic and customer preferences is a plus.
  • Strong management skills including superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding and experience in hospitality industry.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and results driven.
  • Successful budget planning and administration skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Takes initiative.
  • Strong team player.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel required.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and power point presentation or database applications.
