We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join the dynamic team as the
VP of Operations at Quick Service Restaurant chain.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience within the quick service restaurant industry.
- Proven success in a directorlevel role within a quick service restaurant chain for at least 5 years.
- Experience managing franchisees is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of operational best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies within the quick service restaurant sector. Understanding of social media.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire operations department, ensuring efficient and effective performance across all locations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with senior executives to align operational goals with overall company objectives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of directors and managers, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to improve operational efficiency and identify areas for growth.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including food safety and health and safety guidelines.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability within the operations department.
Salary:
$140,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
