We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join the dynamic team as the
VP of Operations at Quick Service Restaurant chain.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operations department of rapidly growing operations. If you have a proven track record of success in management and possess extensive experience within the quick-service restaurant industry, we want to hear from you


Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience within the quick service restaurant industry.
  • Proven success in a directorlevel role within a quick service restaurant chain for at least 5 years.
  • Experience managing franchisees is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of operational best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies within the quick service restaurant sector. Understanding of social media.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and oversee the entire operations department, ensuring efficient and effective performance across all locations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with senior executives to align operational goals with overall company objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of directors and managers, ensuring their professional growth and development.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to improve operational efficiency and identify areas for growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including food safety and health and safety guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability within the operations department.

$140,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
