Report to:
Manager, FBO Operations, YUL


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Sign in/out and escort contractors, guests, and visitors as per the Skyservice security policies.
  • Assist with the issuance, and return of security access key cards.
  • Participate in YUL Health and Safety Committee.
  • Assist other teams with operational activities.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating facility inspections.
  • Ensure the work area and office is returned to their original state after completion of the job.
  • Order parts and maintain required documents.
  • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, parking lots, ramps, and other facility areas to maintain safety and image.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager, Facilities YUL.
  • Ability to coordinate and oversee department renovations, move light furniture to accommodate user needs, and maximize office space using various hand, power, and specialty tools, dollies, and hand trucks.
  • Ensure the work area and office are returned to their original state after completion of the job;
  • Be available for major events and be able to work flexible hours;
  • Working in all types of weather conditions.
  • Initiate airport Facility Alteration Permit when required.

Job Qualifications and Skills Required:


  • Minimum facilities maintenance experience.
  • Possess proper governmentissued Driver training and licensing.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and construction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be safety and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to use common tools.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions with mínimal supervision.
  • Use miscellaneous office equipment (e.g., calculators, computers, FAX machines, copiers, etc.).
  • Microsoft Office proficient.
