The Campus Recruitment and Talent Development Team is part of the Global Human Resources group at Scotiabank and is responsible for attracting and developing future Scotiabank leaders.

We are a crucial partner to the business, and we assess, select, and develop diverse early talent from around the world.

Developing this talent is at the core of what we do at Scotiabank, where the focus in on customization and strategy.


In this 18 month contract, you will have the opportunity to work with the Campus Recruitment and Talent Development Team as well as the Strategy and Programs TA Experience Team.

This role will require a heavy to moderate degree of travel (by car, rail, and plane) within Canada to various universities and colleges, as well as the potential to travel internationally on occasion.

Due to the timing of on and off-campus events, this role is not a "9 to 5" and will often require work during evenings and weekends at times.

Experience helps a lot and someone with a year or so of campus recruitment and/or strategy & projects experience will have less of a learning curve, but we also can teach you a lot ourselves.

You will want to be someone who can manage a lot at once and manage many people/relationships at once. You need to be creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook. Organization is a key to success as is creativity and self-motivation.
