About the Job


Vendasta is looking for a People and Culture Partner to take on an exciting new position with the People Operations Team.

This dynamic role will support our integrated talent management processes, drive culture strategy and advise on compensation practices.

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, this role will be a culture champion across the organization, driving culture-building initiatives that enable all employees to engage in meaningful ways, promoting an empowered, inclusive, and values-driven workplace.

This role will work closely with the People and Culture Team and leaders across the organization to provide best in class people service and support.

The impact you'll have

  • Culture and Engagement Champion_
  • A Champion of the Vendasta culture that proactively works to drive culture strategies and create an exceptional environment for all employees across our global offices.
  • Keep a pulse on employee morale and engagement through the management and use of our engagement system, OfficeVibe, using engagement data to make decisions.
  • Conduct stay interviews with team members across the organization.
  • Build metrics and dashboards for people and culture reporting and presentations.
  • Build, manage and update Vendasta culture tools, programs and processes.
  • Work in collaboration with the workplace experience manager on events and programs.
  • Active member of culturerelated committees including; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging,, workplace experience, community support and/or social and wellness.
  • Supports the management of our Employee recognition programs.
  • Assists with the facilitation/delivery of training and onboarding including; New Hire Academy and Vendasta Leadership Academy workshops and sessions.
  • Total Rewards and Compensation_
  • Support the People Operations and Leadership Team with compensation analysis and recommendations as it relates to merit increases and promotions for employees.
  • Provide recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Team on employment contracts.
  • Utilize PayScale to conduct salary band reviews and ensure our compensation models are aligned to the market and our pay philosophy.
  • Support the administration and management of our employee bonus program.
  • Lead and participate in ad hoc compensation projects and initiatives.
  • Integrated Talent Management_
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with the full cycle recruitment process as required including; building role profiles, screening, interviewing, offers and communications.
  • Supports the Learning and Development Team with employee onboarding and integration processes and practices as required.
  • Assist the Talent and Leadership Development Manager with metrics and reporting, performance assessment processes and growth and development tools and planning.
  • Support employee promotions processes and employee offboarding practices.

The value you'll bring

  • 5+ years of people operations or HR experience, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience having led talent, culture and compensation programs and processes.
  • Strong sense of initiative and urgency with proven experience working in a fastpaced and agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proven timemanagement skills and an ability to manage multiple competing deadlines/projects effectively.
  • Ability to advocate for and challenge ideas when required with tact and respect.
  • A Degree in human resources, business or equivalent experience is always considered.
  • A CPHR designation is strongly preferred.
