As the Account Manager you are responsible for supporting our business partners through development and implementation of business plans that will support their overall business goals and strategies.

This would include the creation of development plans to create interactive coaching sessions for your assigned accounts.

You are accountable for building and maintaining excellent relationships in the credit union system, to understand our clients, uncover needs and ensure that we are their insurance partner of choice.


How you will create impact:


  • Engaging credit union staff by coaching to meet established sales targets and optimize Credit Union engagement.
  • Influencing credit union staff to sell insurance and other solutions by coaching to utilize sales development programs and assist in development of branch sales skills.
  • Using data driven insights to coach and develop Credit Union staff including identifying opportunities and proposing solutions.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned Credit Union clients at various contact points through the promotion of the value of the group of companies, consultative advice and sales initiatives.
  • Delivering on branch support plans developed through the ongoing client review process and building out supporting branch support plans on applicable accounts.

  • You have strong communication skills to influence or persuade others to adopt a specific course of action and can effectively facilitate mutually beneficial solutions.
  • You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of peers.

To join our team:


  • You have 35 years of experience in financial services sales or operations with experience in credit and lending preferred.
  • Having a Life License and/ or Other than Life(OTL) is an asset.
  • You have a postsecondary diploma in Business Administration, Financial Services, Adult Education or a related discipline.
  • You have expert knowledge in incorporating analytics and metrics in sales planning and execution.

  • You are required to have your own vehicle, valid driver's license and insurance.
  • You will travel frequently.
