- Help internal partners define their needs, make recommendations and provide advice to optimize digital solutions (websites and mobile applications) and omnichannel business processes
- Contribute to building and evolving data ecosystems that generate performance monitoring reports and enable analysis and diagnosis
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure optimal and efficient use of data
- Identify and propose solutions to potential data issues and implement appropriate corrective measures
- Work in collaboration with BI teams to automate team productions
- Take charge of certain weekly, monthly and quarterly productions

- A minimum of four years relevant experience in data analysis and programming

- Experience working with complex datasets in a statistical or analytical role
- Experience in the property & casualty insurance industry
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
