Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers at GroupM to understand their business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that support those needs
Source and recruit top talent in the media industry through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting events
Manage the fullcycle recruitment process, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding of new hires
Work closely with other members of the human resources team to improve and optimize GroupM's talent operations, including processes and systems
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all recruitment and hiring activities via our ATS

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a focus on the media industry
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent in the media industry
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to understand GroupM's business goals and develop recruitment and talent strategies that support them
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and other members of the HR team
Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and technologies, as well as experience in improving and optimizing talent operations processes and systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
