GTA Facilitator of Patient Transfer Attendant in Toronto, ON

Primary Responsibilities

Teach, direct and give instruction to new hires on various PTS policies and procedures, including stretcher and stair chair lifting
Driving instruction and assessment
Complete audits per assessment or as directed by PTS Health and Safety Manager
Ensure all attendants follow proper procedures as outlined by PTS Policies and Procedures Manual
All other duties as outlined by the Health & Safety Manager

Requirements:

Current Advanced First Aid & CPR Certification and EFR Certification or equivalent
Excellent, strong proven customer service experience
Indepth knowledge of specific working region
Good organization and communications skills
Indepth knowledge of Patient Transfer techniques and procedures
Possess a clean driving
Previous training experience an asset.
