Primary Responsibilities
- Teach, direct and give instruction to new hires on various PTS policies and procedures, including stretcher and stair chair lifting
- Driving instruction and assessment
- Complete audits per assessment or as directed by PTS Health and Safety Manager
- Ensure all attendants follow proper procedures as outlined by PTS Policies and Procedures Manual
- All other duties as outlined by the Health & Safety Manager
Requirements:
- Current Advanced First Aid & CPR Certification and EFR Certification or equivalent
- Excellent, strong proven customer service experience
- Indepth knowledge of specific working region
- Good organization and communications skills
- Indepth knowledge of Patient Transfer techniques and procedures
- Possess a clean driving
- Previous training experience an asset.
