What we offer:What will you work on?
As the Shift Coordinator Nurse you are responsible for patient placement, bed utilization and staffing during evenings, weekends and night shifts.
You will act as a clinical resource to staff in resolving problems regarding patient care, staffing levels and bed utilization.
You are accountable for ensuring excellence in the provision of patient centered care throughout the hospital on assigned shift.The Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital (KBRH) is in the Kootenay Boundary health service area and responsible for providing medical and surgical services including physician specialties, 24 hour emergency and trauma services, Level 2 laboratory, acute and obstetrical care, psychiatry, and chemotherapy.
