The day-to-day activities of our Customer Service Representative will include:

Customer Service Delivery
Greet and assist customers with placing orders and order pick-up. Collect delivery information and provide lead times. Maintain accurate customer information, including addresses, contact details, and filter lists. Communicate order status and notify customers when their orders are ready.

Customer Experience

Build and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders, serving as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries.
Teamwork and Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with the Customer Service team and actively participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new processes and systems to enhance the customer experience.
12+ years of Customer Service experience. Experience in a similar industrial industry is an asset.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or a similar ERP system is a plus.
