Overview:
We're looking for a
Staff Technical Writer to help our users better understand and use our product portfolio.

Your writing will communicate the capabilities and value of our products, showing users how to deploy, configure, and benefit from our offerings.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the technology the world relies on.

If you are adept at making complex tasks and concepts understandable and achievable, are comfortable with complex technology, and believe in providing users the most ideal experience, this is the job for you.

Qualifications

Experience working with hightech products and organizations; Cloud or SaaS product experience highly desirable.
Highly organized and independent selfstarter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be collaborative, curious, and have strong initiative to take on new, complex projects. Proven ability to work on your own initiative. Can act decisively and confidently.
Proficiently identifies and gathers necessary information and produces valueadded content based on this information
Has an ability to adapt quickly and work successfully in an evolving and culturally diverse environment
Can research and learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies as required
Is excited to work on a product that's striving to make the complicated world of security easier and more manageable.
Ideal: Experience with Cloud products such as AWS, Azure, and Google.
Ideal: Experience using Markdown and GitHub a plus.

$85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
