From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.

We are currently looking for a Project Assistant to assist our team in coordinating and executing various projects for one of our large UK clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data and providing administrative support to ensure project timelines are met and goals are achieved.

Reporting directly to the Global Account Director, you will further strengthen and contribute to the success of the Sales organization within IBG and its subsidiaries.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Assist with maintaining project documentation and timelines
Organize and review samples for buyer
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project needs are met
Managing PR Samples for the client
Coordinate and manage photography samples
Manage weekly flyer and ensure project timelines are met
Ensure production cases for client are managed and tracked
Conduct research and analyze data to support project development
Other duties as assigned by Project Managers

ABOUT YOU:

You have a bachelor's degree or Diploma in cosmetic management or business administration or a recent graduate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Project Management Courses or Certificate is an asset
Familiarity with the cosmetic industry is an asset
