Role Summary


This multifaceted role will not only drive our online presence but also contribute significantly to enhancing our content strategy and audience engagement initiatives.

Your knack for organization, effective communication skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be essential for success in this dynamic role.


Responsibilities
Content Marketing Coordination responsibilities are primarily focused on our online presence, including:
Social Media

  • Schedule and publish engaging social media posts across various platforms
  • Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages
  • Coordinate with oncall resources to ensure timely and effective group engagement
  • Manage and maintain our content calendar
  • Write compelling social media copy that aligns with our brand voice
  • Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing content
  • Provide weekly checkins and reports on social media performance
  • Manage Editorial Planning and Content Creation Workflow
Webinar

  • Set up and manage Asana projects, folders, and briefs for each new webinar
  • Schedule and coordinate tech walkthroughs and dress rehearsals with presenters
  • Provide support during dress rehearsals and tech walkthroughs
  • Prepare slide PDFs, update resources and handouts, and verify event settings prior to the webinar
  • Run the webinar, providing chat and Q&A support during the event
  • Coordinate postevent social media content with speakers
  • Provide onboarding support for regional markets as needed
Additional Content Coordination

  • Provide process support to facilitate the timely production and review of long form content like blogs and webpages including facilitating SME review requests and feedback, connecting with creative for imagery and design reviews, working with operations to launch and track new content
  • Report and track the effectiveness of Prosci's content engine with a monthly report to identify performance and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:


  • 12 years of experience in content marketing
  • Understanding of content marketing principles
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

Preferred:

  • Degree or Certification or Diploma in relative field (Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Public Relations)

Additional Information:

  • Type of Employment: Contractor for a 912month engagement.
  • Work Location: Remote.

Must be eligible to work in Canada.
