    London Warehouse, London, Ontario, Canada

    Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? Renovation projects such as cabinet installation

    Special projects such as:
    water restoration, mould remediation, pest control (inspection and application), confined space work etc
    Construction / carpentry background preferred with solid experience in drywall, residential plumbing, flooring, installing cabinetry and minor electrical
    Framing experience would be an asset
    Experience doing forms and concrete work an asset


    Technical Requirements:
    Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
    Driver's license required with ability to drive truck with trailer
    Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset


    Non-Technical Requirements:
    Dedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communities
    Strong planning and organizational skills coupled with ability to multi-task and prioritize (excellent time-management skills)
    Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature
