  • Programmation et mise en service Nous recherchons une personne hautement qualifiée et organisée pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant qu'assistant de direction auprès du directeur financier (CFO) au sein du département de la Finance d'entreprise. Dans ce rôle, vous fournirez un soutien administratif complet au CFO, assurant ainsi un fonctionnement efficace du département financier. Vos principales responsabilités incluront la gestion de l'emploi du temps du CFO, la coordination des réunions, la gestion de la correspondance et l'aide aux projets financiers. Ce poste requiert un haut niveau de professionnalisme, de discrétion et la capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique. Vous travaillerez principalement à distance depuis votre domicile, avec l'obligation d'assister à des réunions hebdomadaires régulières dans notre bureau du centreville de Montréal.

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the Corporate Finance department.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, ensuring efficient and effective operations of the finance department.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the CFO's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with financial projects. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Primarily, you will work remotely from home, with the requirement to attend regular weekly meetings at our downtown Montreal location.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the CFO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use of their time.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of financial meetings, including assembling materials, distributing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing itineraries.
  • Maintain confidential files and records in electronic format, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense management, including processing invoices and reimbursement requests.
  • Assist in entering payables into the ERP system and process payments as required.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and assist in the preparation of financial analyses and presentations.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the CFO or finance department.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • 23 years proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting Clevel executives in a mid sized organization corporate finance environment
  • 45 years of experience with accounting processes such as A/R & A/P and reconcilliations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels.
