You will professionally address clients' software questions via phone calls chats and emails prioritize those in Service Learning Agreement SLA breach execute day-to-day answer solve client questions collaborate with internal team members find software solutions escalate software issues when they arise contribute to the continued satisfaction of our clients develop maintain high degree of Foundant product knowledge ensure client handoffs between team members go smoothly maintain high level of communication ensure proactive solution-oriented problem identification resolution strategize problem solve with team members enable cross-team communication provide internal external training on selected Foundant software products contributor to continuous process improvement within between areas of Client Support assist with client-related projects other duties assigned.
