Job summary
We are hiring a Client Experience Manager to work in person at our office and be the central point of contact for our clients and internal team.Responsibilities
- Answering inbound client calls and inbound lead calls
- Responding to client emails and new inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintaining call and email systems and directing inquiries to the correct team member/li>Scheduling estimates for sales estimators
- Maintaining CRM with accurate client information
- Billing invoicing support with other tasks
