As a
Repair Planner, you will be responsible for maintaining a proper balance between the profitability of the company, supporting the collision shop and the achievement of total customer satisfaction.

A day in the life of a Repair Planner at Collision Repair Expert:
- Handle all appraisals, repair orders, supplements, and warranties.
- Ensure ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff and customer service reps.
- Work to resolve any customer concerns or dissatisfaction.
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
- Cultivate a positive working relationship with team members and management.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to comply with all health & safety procedures.
- Communicate and document repair status to customers and insurance companies.
- Other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High school or college automotive body repair diploma
- At least 1 year of direct experience in a similar role combine with 12 years in an estimator role
- A complete understanding of the day to day collision repair duties including estimating, production scheduling and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with insurance repair procedures and guidelines
- Possess a valid drivers' license.
- Familiarity with insurance repair procedures and guidelines
- Solid Mitchell Cloud Estimating and Connect skills
