Work Arrangements:

We are currently working remotely, and we will be moving to a hybrid model when our office renovation is complete (approximately September 2023), coming into the office a minimum of 2 days per week, every other week on designated days.

What you will be doing:


  • Provide support to financial reporting of all Group Products (Life, AD&D, Health, Dental, STD, and LTD)
  • Support new coverage / product development analyze results and make recommendations
  • Complete experience studies and propose assumption changes
  • Analyze experience trends in inforce block and industry studies and communicate actionable information to key stakeholders
  • Provide data and analysis required for various industry studies including trend, drug pooling and expenses
  • Develop and execute monthly monitoring of different aspects of Group Benefits products profitability
  • Provide support to drug cost management initiatives
  • Support settlement calculations and analysis to reinsurance arrangement
  • Collaborate closely with Group Underwriting to recommend pricing adjustments to support Quotes and Renewals

What you will bring:


  • A minimum of 4 SOA Exams preferred, and a commitment to completing of the FCIA designation
  • Sound computer software knowledge, particularly in MS Excel, MS Access and Visual Basic Macro writing
  • The ability to work in a multitasking environment
  • A strong focus on customer service with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Group Life and Health products is beneficial
