The incumbent will support the development and lead the implementation of international student success and engagement programs including those that foster student development, academic and personal success, involvement, and transitions in, through and out of university.

The Manager, International Student Success and their team will actively engage with the Manager, Student Success, LA&PS Colleges and Associate Director, Student Academic Advising Services and their teams to develop and implement a wholistic model of supports, services and programs for international students within LA&PS.

In addition, the Manager and their team will support the Associate Dean with their broader community engagement and development strategies and activities as necessary.

With an emphasis on student success and retention, the Manager applies data and metrics in alignment with Faculty and broader University priorities to inform and guide their work and that of the team.

The Manager will support the development of new services and programming, and the assessment and enhancement of existing programming, through an evidence-based and theoretically informed method of practice.
