Description

A successful Financial Service Manager I, Operations will analyze, forecast, and report financial data to provide accurate and timely information/insights for strategic decision making in Operations Canada.

This individual contributor role reports to Group Director Finance Operations Canada and will largely support entire Operations Team with key responsibilities around Customer financials, Business performance tracking, Reporting, FP&A, Business Planning, Budget Management, P&L stewardship, etc.; and partnering with Canadian Bottler to achieve system financial alignment.


What You'll Do for Us

Customer Finance:


  • Enable Operations Team decision making process on the financial evaluation of Customer funding requests
  • Partners with Canadian Bottler on Customer Agreement Tracker
  • Deductions from Revenue (DFR)/Direct Marketing Expense (DME) funding planning, monthly tracking & management
  • P&L stewardship of Freestyle business (Annual Business Plan, Volume & Financial RE, Customer pricing, etc.)
  • Responsible for providing advanced analytical support and timely accurate reporting of financial/sales performance

Commercial | Marketing Finance:


  • Support NAOU Marketing Finance, Commercial, RGM on new product launches, pricing initiatives and transfer price
  • DFR/DME Budget monthly tracking & management

Financial Planning & Analysis | Insights | Ad-hocs:

  • Support Group Director, Finance on ABP, Long Range Plan (LRP), Month-end, Rolling Estimate financial processes
  • Provide insights on Volume RE routines to Forecast COE (ie. Weekly splits, R&O)
  • Prepares financial metrics for System Routines with Canadian Bottler
  • Calculates & arranges Bottler incentives payout
  • Organize and implement various projects and initiatives as required.
  • Other administrative tasks as required (ie. invoice request, purchase order creation, payment request).
-
Ad-hocs, OST Master data integrity, Special projects, Purchase to Pay (P2P) escalation point of contact, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics
  • 3+ years of financial solutions/strategies and influencing work experience preferred.
