Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provides customer service in a fastpaced workplace (an average of 60 customer contacts per day)
  • Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
  • Maintains call center database by entering information
  • Work quickly but mindfully with mínimal mistakes
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least one year of Call Center experience required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to type proficiently on keyboard

Pay:
$16.00-$23.00 per hour
