Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service in a fastpaced workplace (an average of 60 customer contacts per day)
- Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
- Maintains call center database by entering information
- Work quickly but mindfully with mínimal mistakes
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least one year of Call Center experience required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to type proficiently on keyboard
Pay:
$16.00-$23.00 per hour

Education:
