    Description

    We are in search of an Experienced Food Store Supervisor (Shift) with fluent English skills for a permenent full-time position offering $27.25/hr. Your main responsibility will be to oversee staff members, including servers and cashiers.

    • Assign sales workers to specific duties
    • Hire, train, and organize training for staff members
    • Place orders for merchandise
    • Authorize returns of merchandise
    • Establish work schedules
    • Engage in sales of merchandise
    • Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel issues
    • Manage and track inventory
    • Address and resolve issues like customer complaints and supply shortages
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers

    Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma.




    Preferred qualifications:
    Experience in restaurant supervision, as well as expertise in merchandising and visual displays.
