About the Job

Here at Vendasta, we like to take care of our employees In order to do so, we are seeking a Food Operations Manager to keep our team well-fed, healthy, and happy This position will entail running Vendasta's food services—from guiding team members, ordering & auditing, overseeing & maintaining the cleanliness of all aspects of Food Operations, preparing & and stocking food items, and assisting in hot/cold food preparation.

The impact you'll have

Oversee Vendasta's Food Operations team and initiatives
Complete weekly ordering & auditing of food & food supplies
Assist in executing food preparation for each day's menu, as well as preparation and delivery of food stock items
Maintain sanitation & temperature records in all areas of Food Operations
Assist with events held at Vendasta including internal Lunch and Learns, Ideas on Tap, and other events as needed

The value you'll bring

4+ years experience in food preparation; preference given to those in a commercial setting
2 years experience in leadership capacity
Food Safety Certificate
Exemplary organization and planning skills
Strong problem solving abilities and selfmotivation
Ability to prioritize, remain calm, and multitask under pressure in a dynamic environment
Flexibility in shift start and end times is considered an asset
