We are looking for ambitious and dynamic collection agents with a keen eye for detail and top-notch negotiation skills to join our team to serve our clients

Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate with consumers through inbound and outbound calls, assist in the resolution of overdue accounts.
Effectively use collection techniques while caring about the customer approach and using your excellent professional communication skills.
Update and document client files.
Analyze files in order to propose appropriate solutions.
Experience with collection accounts

Qualifications and Requirements:

English communication
Able to work under pressure
Good communicator
Competitive spirit and who appreciates teamwork
Hold the collection agent license (an asset)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour
