    MK Auto Group – CARSTAR High River is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join us in a unique hybrid role This full-time position combines hands-on vehicle detailing (0.5 FTE) with parts coordination responsibilities (0.5 FTE).

    What You'll Do:

    Auto Detailer (0.5 FTE):

    • Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing to pre- and post-repair standards.
    • Clean, polish, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
    • Conduct final quality checks before release.
    • Maintain a clean and organized detailing area.
    • Support production team with vehicle movement as needed.

    Auto Parts Coordinator (0.5 FTE):

    • Order, receive, and verify automotive parts.
    • Match parts to repair orders for accuracy.
    • Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and returns.
    • Track backorders and ensure timely delivery to avoid production delays.
    • Organize and label parts efficiently within the shop.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Previous experience in auto detailing and/or parts coordination preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and shift between physical and administrative duties.
    • Basic computer skills (estimating systems experience an asset).
    • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
    • Valid driver's license and clean abstract.
