Asset Analyst (Full-Time) - Mississauga, ON
Primary Purpose
Key Accountabilities:
- Administers the Equipment Management strategic plan to meet the business' requirements and goals.
- Administers the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system that catalogues all Customer Service large equipment assets.
- Integrates the equipment management processes with procurement processes, including materials management, asset identification and classifications to ensure business needs are met.
- Works with procurement in ordering and receiving new equipment.
- Develops KPI's that accurately represent utilization of equipment.
- Reports KPI's to management and makes recommendations.
- Manages registration of Linde's equipment with respective Provincial bodies and ensures all equipment is compliant with respective Provincial regulations.
- Provides guidance on equipment information, configuration, and life cycle costing.
- Communicates with other internal departments to establish demand forecasts and schedules to meet customer requirements and time frames.
- Acts as the change agent for the adoption of standard work management processes across the Customer Service department
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Post-Secondary education in a related discipline
Experience:
- 35 year's experience working with inventory management considered an asset
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft D365. Knowledge of JDE an asset
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills and communication proficiency
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and jobrelated communication skills
- Demonstrated safety awareness and safely perform all duties
