Onward Cluthe Hardware Products is a custom plastic injection moulding company located in Kitchener, Ontario. Founded in 1939 as Cluthe Manufacturing Company, we have continued to grow and expand our operation over the years. In the mid 1990's, we were acquired by Onward Manufacturing Company and moved locations from Waterloo to Kitchener. We are a family business committed to the safety of our staff and the quality of our products we produce.

General Function:

Reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and/or Leader and is responsible for the continual improvement of the customer service and scheduling departments.

Work

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (8am - 4:45pm)

Specific Duties:

Open/respond to telephone and electronic mail enquiries and relay as appropriate
Receive mail and deliveries, and distribute to appropriate persons or departments
Greet Customers/Visitors, confirm appointments, record arrival/departure time, issue Visitor Badges, and direct to appropriate persons
Project Management of select accounts as determined by the Business Development and Administration Manager.
Prepare and process all Accounts Receivable invoices and credits
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing
Manage key customer accounts
Update and maintain inventory schedule daily
Data Entry of scrap sheets and other information to support customer and office activities
Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers
Provide administration assistant support or cross training as may be required
Select special projects as may arise
Create Production Packages and labels and computerized information filing
Compile data statistics and other information for reports
Coordinate flow of information, and alert to inventory shortages and discrepancies and Assist the Customer Service Manager
