Job Summary:


Reporting to the VP Technology, this role will be responsible for project & vendor management activities, business analysis and improvement in relation to the replacement and adoption of technology.


Responsibilities:


  • Project scoping and planning
  • Vendor research and identification
  • Manage projects in accordance with the planned Business Case
  • Success Planning
  • Requirement identification, documentation, and sign off coordination
  • Schedule, budget, scope, and quality management of project deliverables
  • Project Status Reports incorporating overarching SPI and CPI alongside Vendor SPI and CPI
  • Design, develop, and oversee internal software training and rollout schedule that considers regional training, facility size and support requirements
  • Document, analyze, and improve operational processes aligned with net new or replacement technologies during requirements gathering
  • Identify, plan and implement operational improvement projects associated with efficiency, cost, safety, quality, customer service and sustainability
  • Build and maintain an organized library of all business analysis documentation

Qualifications and Education:


  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, plan, execute and complete multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge and experience in agile project management methodology an asset
  • Formal Project Management training and the PMP designation are assets
  • Experience in Change Management an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability in writing detailed reports
  • Ability to express views, ideas and facts effectively both orally and in writing
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Selfmotivated, professional and flexible; able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Recreational Sports Industry is an asset
