You will work on a small and collaborative team whose main goals are to grow and have fun.

What you will do:

Build strong, genuine relationships with carriers built on a foundation of trust and camaraderie
Enter orders into our systems, track and trace shipments, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer needs are met
Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service to clients
Provide quotes and negotiate terms with customers and carriers

What You Have:

OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) or equivalent
Post secondary schooling in relevant field or relatable industry experience
Familiar with various software's including CRMs
Comfortable with basic programs such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
The willingness to learn in a 3PL environment
An analytical mindset with a firm understanding of current and future market trends
A strong understanding of mathematical concepts
The ability to connect and build relationships with people
Team player
A positive gogetter attitude
