Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Environment Safety & Health (ES&H) Analyst & Administrator to join our
Infrastructure team, based out of
Toronto, ON.

The Environment Safety & Health (ES&H) Analyst & Administrator will be responsible for supporting ES&H team with administrative duties and liaise with the field services team to capture ES&H details and have the opportunity to work with the Integrated Delivery Partner project team on the Ontario Line, Metrolinx subway project
.

Duties & Responsibilities include:


  • Support ES&H Director and Team with administrative duties including record and data keeping, both electronically and hard copy
  • Support all Integrated Project Team members with ES&H data and information
  • Liaise with ES&H and Field Services teams to capture the data from all ES&H field engagement
  • Develop input methods in Microsoft power apps or Microsoft forms to store ES&H data in common data environment
  • Record details, findings and corrective actions from field ES&H engagement
  • Prepare, update, maintain and distribute Project ES&H statistics
  • Ensure statistics are complete, uptodate and accurate
  • Prepare and distribute other statistical summaries and other reports as required
  • Update and file all Project ES&H records
  • Prepare, update and maintain logs of ES&H document submittals and review comments, both from IPT to Contractors, and from Contractors to IPT
  • Perform other duties as assigned by ES&H Director

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and data management, preferably in ES&H administration
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, PowerBI, document control software, and other data management software as required
  • Experience in managing multitasks and multiple priorities within time frames
  • Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to establish collaborative and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
