Job summary
We are looking for an Account Executive to grow Agoda's supply network in Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and researching potential new hotel partners, presenting Agoda's value proposition and negotiating commercial terms, guiding new partners through the onboarding process, collaborating with internal teams, providing market insights and best practices to help partners maximize their performance on Agoda.Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential new hotel partners in target regions across Japan.
- Proactively reach out to hotel owners and decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Presents Agoda's value proposition and negotiate commercial terms to onboard new hotels.
