Join our team as an IT Support Desk Specialist and become a crucial part of our organization's success.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the day-to-day operations of the company by providing outstanding technical support to our customers.


You'll be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and will work closely with our customers to diagnose and resolve any technical issues they encounter.

You'll also have the chance to improve our systems and processes by suggesting innovative solutions and implementing best practices.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be highly organized, customer-focused, and possess strong problem-solving skills. You should also be comfortable with a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment and be able to work well under pressure.

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has the ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Has a degree or diploma in Computer Science or similar discipline
  • 1+ years of recent computer, server, and network troubleshooting experience
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Remote Desktop, LAN/WAN, VPN, and WiFi technologies
  • Likes to be handson, with a desire for continual learning
  • Is flexible to work after hours, on weekends, and oncall as required

Responsibilities include:


  • Creating and closing IT Help Desk tickets
  • Resolving technical issues
  • Performing equipment setup/troubleshooting (PCs, mobile devices)
  • Working with office staff in various technical roles.
Access to a vehicle is a must as some light travel around the GTA will be required.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
