Primary Purpose of Position


Reporting to the Global Operation Director and part of the global management platform of Wanfeng Holding Group the incumbent will effectively support the execution of marketing and BD(business development) policies and processes required by Wanfeng Holding Group.

They will work closely with the business units (BU) and business development function to support the implementation of market research, growth strategy, benchmarking activities, identify industry trends and coordinate and support all external customers.


Major Responsibilities of Position
1)

Intelligence system construction:
establish internal and external channels for market information, build and maintain intelligence databases on a rolling basis.

2)

Insight analysis:
market insight analysis (including industry, market, competition, customer and other dimensions), benchmarking analysis, thematic research points.

3)

Business planning:
planning and organizing regional sales, based on regional market policies, markets, customers, competition, and other dimensions.

4) Making regional market planning and strategies based on insight analysis; Participate in the group localization planning preparation and rolling review, iteration update.

5) Support BD functions in the effort to develop new business effectively, by involving marketing peers from Wanfeng Holding Group in China.


6) Monitor the execution of BU strategies in sales, KPIs (sales revenue, new business, DSO, Finished Goods Inventory), indicate the gaps, and follow up on the corrective actions.

7) Other duties as required, including special projects as they arise.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree majoring in marketing, economics, business administration, or related. Master degree or MBA would be considered an asset.
  • At least 8 years working experiences in BD, Sales or marketing function, and at least 3 years in marketing function in B2B business
  • At least 3 years marketing analysis/data analysissupervisor or manager position with business revenue above CAD 400 Million.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English Chinese would be an asset.
  • Demonstrates crosscultural sensitivity and professional awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools. Familiarity with Power BI will be a benefit.
  • Able to travel to Canada, USA and Mexico.
  • Required to have a G level driver's License.
  • Proven qualitative research and analysis skills.
