    Description

    The ideal candidate must have at least 3 year of solid auto insurance sales experience and proven track record in educating/coaching a team on product knowledge.

    Conduct engaging training sessions in person on product specifics and sales strategies
    Continuously update training materials to reflect changes in polices, regulations, or new product introductions
    Assess program effectiveness through evaluation, feedback, and performance metrics
    3 years+ solid auto insurance experience with proven track record in high sales
    ~ Prior experience in education and coaching team on product knowledge
    ~ Insurance Broker Level 1 License (must obtain Level 2 within 6 months of employment)
