  • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an System Deployment & Planning Specialist (Internally called ORSY Setup Specialist). In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless implementation and maintenance of ORSY systems across Western Canada in Automotive, Heavy Duty, and Manufacturing Facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including:

  • New Customer ORSY Setups: Implementing ORSY setups in accordance with client requirements and brand standards.
  • Assembling ORSY Bins: Utilizing both power and hand tools to assemble ORSY bins efficiently and accurately.
  • ORSY Cleanups: Performing cleanups of existing ORSY setups, including reorganization of Wurth products and maintenance tasks to ensure adherence to brand expectations.
  • Labeling: Ordering label sets and ensuring proper labeling of ORSY setups according to brand standards.
  • ORSY Mat Setups: Setting up ORSY mat setups (vending machines), including placement, ethernet connection, product arrangement based on planograms, and ensuring operational readiness.
  • ORSY Mat Maintenance: Collaborating with suppliers to diagnose and repair ORSY mat machines at customer locations.
  • Inventory Management: Conducting inventories for customers as required to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Regional Support: Ability to travel within the region to assist other districts with large setups as needed.
  • Communication: Attend district sales meetings, town halls, and other relevant meetings as required. Provide daily reports to direct manager on work completed for the day.
  • Provide an exceptional in-person service experience while championing Wurth's value proposition to our customers by utilizing our systems, services, and products.
  • Demonstrate on a daily basis Wurth's culture and attributes of high performance including achievement, integrity, respect, and collaboration.

  • A high-school diploma is required. Post-secondary education in a related field, or 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with hand tools is necessary for assembling and maintaining ORSY setups efficiently and safely as well as showing adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail is paramount, ensuring that ORSY setups meet brand standards and customer expectations.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks and projects to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal team members and external customers.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds, as the position involves handling equipment and materials of varying weights.
  • Ability to travel within Western Canada, accommodating varying project locations and customer needs.
  • Strong organizational skills are required to effectively plan upcoming projects, ensuring that labels, ORSY setups, and other materials are prepared and ready as needed.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, a clear driver's abstract, and a clear criminal record.
  • A high level of alignment with the company's Corporate Values such as collaboration, integrity, respect, and achievement.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort utilizing an iPad to access Microsoft suite and other software applications is mandatory as well as an Intermediate level of Excel, enabling efficient data management and project tracking.
