Meet Your Future Team:


  • The TA team is supported by the People and Culture Operations team for our ATS (Lever), reporting, configuration, and support strategies.

If you were the Recruiter now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Leading full cycle recruitment, supporting our North American retail growth in line with Arc'teryx's overall talent strategy.
  • Collaborating and educating store managers on our recruiting process to ensure clear and unbiased decision making.
  • Partnering with our Talent Systems Specialist to develop unique, data driven recruitment strategies to meet the localized needs of our stores.
  • Partnering closely with the Retail Recruiting team and P&C Business Partners to understand the complete picture of the department headcount and strategic business needs.
  • Coordinating with the different People & Culture teams to ensure new employees are hired and onboarded seamlessly.
  • Supporting the People & Culture team with other projects and hiring commitments as required.

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
  • Assisting the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Regional Managers in developing and executing long
  • term recruiting strategies.
  • Addressing key talent gaps, shortages, or concerns through partnerships with our teams and P&C Business Partners.
  • Building pipeline by actively engaging with our local and global communities to enable the success of our teams.
  • Helping to identify roadblocks in our processes while seeking ways to improve workflows to maximize efficiencies and our time to hire.
  • Actively participating in identifying and supporting TA project and initiatives.
  • Strategically building relationships in each market and supporting in the creation of employer branding initiatives.

Are you our next Recruiter?

  • You have 5+ years of recruitment experience in Retail and highvolume environments.
  • You have built customized recruitment strategies and can work autonomously.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable personality, and a desire and ability to build strong relationships with a customerservice focused mentality.
  • You are not afraid to fail and use every opportunity to learn and share.
  • You are a firm supporter of diversity in the workplace and lead by example.
  • You have an excellent command of the English language and strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You have the ability to sensitively deal with confidential information.
  • You are a team player with an ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
  • You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment.
  • You have a passion for sustainability and the outdoors.
$80,000 - $100,000 a year

  • A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $80,000100,000 CAD at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as jobrelated skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.


Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
