About the role
We are looking for a Unit Manager, Operations for our growing team


What you'll do here:


  • You will deliver on operating plans, efficiency targets, and people management activities.
  • Manage the quality of phone service by ensuring cost and productivity control according to the objectives of the customer service centre.
  • You will achieve this by developing, coaching, and leading your team to deliver the planned results.
  • Manage the performance of team employees according to company policies, ensuring continuous training and compliance with customer experience standards of the customer service centre.
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of performance management for your team.
  • Ensure the quality of service offered to customers by regularly supervising team members according to standards in order to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the customer service centre.
  • Identify issues, propose solutions, make change and recommend improvements on the quality of the service offered, the operations of the service centre, or the risk management in order to achieve the company objectives.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary committees relating to special projects and digital initiatives in order to plan strategic elements.

Qualifications:


  • 35 years experience in customer service environments
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Coaching and training skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to drive high levels of employee engagement
  • An interest in and understanding of metrics and our key performance indicators
  • Be a positive, inspiring and present leader on the floor
  • Provide structure and display strong time management skills
  • Can manage change
  • Can learn quickly, to work in a team and to share ideas
  • French Speaking considered an asset
