Job Description:

The Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for assisting in the direct managerial oversight of the Maintenance team.

Act as a training and quality control resource to ensure proper workflow for all rehab, turn, and maintenance resources
Quality control inspection of all field work performed by inhouse maintenance technicians
Manage all vendors to ensure available quality vendors for Rehab/ Turn/and Maintenance processes
Provide a scope validation check for larger, more indepth renovation projects
Assist with the implementation of corporate processes, training, and enforcement of policy

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Razor Sync or other project management software
Takes ownership of work product and ensures delivery within tight deadlines
Proficiency with MS Office with a focus on Excel
Prior Property Management experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to use mobile devices
Basic accounting and math skills
Knowledge of Yardi preferred

Minimum Requirements:

Must be OK with parking in a parking garage near property or taking public transit as there is no parking at the property
High school diploma, BA preferred
Demonstrated attention to detail
Basic financial acumen
Excellent Communicator, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
Strong project management and coordination skills
