THE OPPORTUNITY

Complete daily building equipment checks, water testing, and accurately record all required information.
Clean and maintain the DAF system.
Inspect and replace equipment filters.
Maintain chemical levels throughout the building.
Conduct monthly checks of all building fire extinguishers.
Keep work areas in a clean and orderly fashion and complete outside yard maintenance as required.
Complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner.
Enter purchase requisitions into Company ERP system.
Assist with minor plumbing and electrical maintenance repairs.
Complete monthly inventory counts of building parts and chemicals.
Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Read, write, and communicate (English)
Proficient mathematical and computer skills
Mechanical aptitude with a good knowledge of standard tools, materials, methods, and trade practices
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Ability to lift 60lbs and work in cold, hot, and dirty environments
Ability to work with mínimal supervision
Good communication and organization skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
