The Comprehensive Ovarian Tumors Program (COTP), Gynecology Oncology Department, at University Health Network (UHN) is looking for an experienced professional to join their team and fill the key role of Program Coordinator.

Working closely with the 3 Program Leads, the functions of the Program Coordinator include but not limited to:
Project Management and program planning

  • Design and develop program initiatives
  • Preparing detailed presentations (meeting minutes and agendas)
  • Managing program schedules and calendar events
  • Preparing materials for program meetings and events
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Document editing formatting and proofing
  • Oversee finances and financial disbursements

Additional Requirements:

  • Exceptional effectiveness and organization to manage multiple schedules and conflicting priorities within in a fast paced environment;
  • Attention to detail and ensure accuracy of document content
  • Manages multiple projects and stakeholders across the COTP Program Responsible for taking initiative to ensure timelines are met
  • Dedicated, selfmotivated and end goal focused
  • Critical thinker with proven ability quickly and accurately respond in highly stressful scenarios
  • In depth knowledge of operations within a healthcare and/or hospital setting
  • Excellent followup, organizational and communication skills
  • High level of proficiency with office software including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro an asset
  • Agile and Dynamic work environment and interact with all levels of the organization;

Experience:


  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a scientific, or business discipline, or recognized equivalent
  • Demonstrated Intermediate to Advanced Project management skill Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
