EarthDaily's signature Earth Observation mission, the EarthDaily Constellation, is currently under construction.

Once operational in mid-2024, the constellation will be the most powerful global change detection and change monitoring system ever developed, capable of generating unprecedented predictive analytics and insights.

The EarthDaily Constellation will combine with the EarthPipeline data processing system to provide unprecedented, scientific-grade data of the world every day, positioning EarthDaily to meet the growing needs of diverse industries.

Our global team represents a variety of business lines and is made up of sales, marketing and support professionals, data scientists, software engineers, project managers and finance, HR, and IT professionals.

The Sales and Marketing teams are nimble and creative, and we are growing in preparation for launching a frontier and disruptive product in the EarthDaily Constellation.

We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to join our crew

Do you want to work for one of the most exciting space companies at the forefront of global change detection/monitoring while leveraging your market expertise, proficiency with sales and marketing tools and experience across verticals to optimize our sales and marketing efforts? Do you want to take an ownership role of the sales and marketing tool stack to provide insights and manage leads? Then we want to hear from you.


PREPARE FOR IMPACT


The Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for developing and managing Sales and Marketing processes and systems, measuring the performance of Sales and Marketing tool stack, and sharing insights with the broader team to optimize our Sales and Marketing efforts.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the dayin, dayout CRM operations, including but not limited to the maintenance and hygiene of campaigns, leads and automations
  • Design, refine, optimize, and execute best practices in lead scoring, automation, data cleansing, sales methodology and sales stage definitions to maximize lead conversion
  • Review campaign performances, analyze conversion, create dashboards for KPIs, deliver reports, and make improvement recommendations
  • Interface closely with IT to ensure systems integrations, manage platforms, and troubleshoot issues including but not limited to lead lifecycle, lead scoring, database management, and technical integration between Sales and Marketing tool stack
  • Propose and implement ways to improve current sales processes either through evolved business process, technology enablement and/or better business intelligence
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, finance, and support within Corporate and Agro business unit to build alignment and drive crossfunctional initiatives forward
  • Train new hires how to utilize Sales and Marketing tool stack and facilitate companywide adoption of the took stack within Corporate and Agro business unit

YOUR PAST MISSIONS

  • Degree or diploma from an accredited postsecondary institution in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM administration and sales and marketing operations

YOUR TOOLKIT

  • Proficiency in our Sales and Marketing tool stack: HubSpot (required), Pipeliner (bonus)
  • The ability to plan in terms of scale, effectively collaborate crossfunctionally, proactively clear roadblocks, and propose efficient workflows
  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • Knowledge of Web Content Management Systems (Word Press) and Google Analytics preferred
  • Proven experience working in a fastpaced, startuplike environment, B2B Saas/tech experience an asset
